I have been monitoring my food intake for the last week and I have yet to finish a day under 1900 to 2000 calories and I'm way over my allowed carbs.<br /><br />I haven't started exercising yet, but even with that added, I am a bit dejected at my chances of keeping my blood sugar under control.
